Also known as "Toz (City)"
Located on the South East side of the Island, the Capital City of Ceset (Island) and the Ceset Uniformed Coalition Collective (Nation). More commonly refered to as Toz (City), the city is a mess of cultures from all around the world.
The Ceset Uniformed Coalition Collective (Nation) government rules from the city and holds the nation in a tenuous grip. The population hates them, refering to them as "CUCK", the Coalition is manipulated by the three Nations of the The Three Kingdoms (Continent); The Ilmarian Imperium (Nation), the Alrussian Federation (Nation) and the Umissian Sultanate (Nation).
Broken up into several districts, the city has smaller islands and is one of the central hubs of trade in and out of the Island.

Royal District
Uptown District
Downtown District
Located just North of The Golden Bridge from the South Dock District, Downtown runs the southward of the city and is met by a larger island to the South West. Most of the major stores are located here and although poorer than the Uptown District; is one of the major area's for tourists and visitors.
The Constabulary office of Precinct 17 has jurisdiction over this area.
East Dock District
South Dock District
Located on a smaller island to the south, connected by two bridges; one to the direct north known as The Golden Bridge and the one to the west known as The Workers Bridge, the South Docks are the original docks created on the island during its initial colonisation by the Ilmarian Imperium (Nation); thus becoming an old and rather run down area.
Surrounding the docks is what is known as the 'Slums', a rundown series of streets and alleys with decrepit buildings and ill maintained services,
The Constabulary office of Precinct 17 has jurisdiction over this area alongside Precinct 4
