Located on the island city state of Ceset (Island) and ruling from the Capital city of Cestet (City) /Toz (City), The Ceset Uniformed Coalition Collective is a government set up by the Three Nations of the Three Kingdoms; Ilmarian Imperium (Nation), Alrussian Federation (Nation) and Umissian Republic (Nation) to control the island.

Commonly known by the people by the derogatory term "Cuck", the government is slow to react and ripe with corruption due to the fact all three nations have their hands in the pot.
