A creature from another dimension called The Void, the Scourge were brought into the world through portals and rifts in the space time fabric. They are highly damaged by any forms of light and will remain in darkness.

Their home dimension is one of pure darkness and shadow. They can come in various sizes from the smallest being that of a pin to the size of skycrapers.
